ABOUT FOOTAGEFILE

FootageFile.com exists to provide companies and organisations with a means of allowing wider viewing of their video footage through granting access to unregistered users and  downloadable material to registered users.

The website has two sides – for those submitting video and for those users viewing and downloading it. 

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on the Website are owned by the providers of that content and remain their property.

For Registrants

By registering for and/or accessing FootageFile.com, you accept all of the terms and conditions contained here. if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions of this site then please do not use FootageFile.com.

Registration is normally limited to bona fide journalists and producers for media outlets that wish to incorporate its Content into their editorial products. If you are using FootageFile on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of such organization and the provisions of these terms and conditions shall apply to all use of the Content by such organization. 

As a registrant you agree to provide FootageFile with accurate and complete registration information. 

Each registration is for your use only and not for multiple users.

Content which is not incorporated into a Member's editorial products, may not be stored in any temporary or permanent electronic database for future use or for other purposes unless previously agreed to in writing by FootageFile.
